I have been working as a Certified Professional Coach since 2013. I specialize in helping people create and activate personal exit strategies from jobs, careers, relationships, cities, etc. to igniting bold moves that align with their potential and purpose.

A bit more about me, I am an MBA and Certified Professional Coach with over ten years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, relationship management, organizational development, and community building. I have an extensive background and success in facilitation, training, and leadership development. I am a passionate collaborator and manager with achievement as a change agent. I am an animal lover, avid traveler, and “early adopter” who loves to try new products, places, and gadgets.

I am the definition of a “people person” and derive joy, purpose, and meaning in my life through connecting with and helping others. The shadow side of this trait is that I have a tendency to be a “people pleaser” which has left me feeling stuck and putting the needs of others in front of my own. Does this sound familiar?
